Management dictated frameworks and processes rarely work without buy in and support of the teams. The decision to “do Scrum” or “be Agile” is normally a reaction to some perceived failure in the software development process. After some discovery with your teams and stakeholders it’s often that one or two sticking points are causing the majority of your perceived failures. The Queue can help you find ways to address these sticking points. I’m pretty cautious in recommending Scrum or XP or Agile carte blanche, and instead focus on “just enough” to make your existing process better. That being said, if you have buy in and are interested in exploring Scrum or some other Agile methods and practices then I can answer questions and help provide training to implement them.
